But the same issue happened when i tried to put it on a different cartridge.īoth cartridges (the original file, and the one I'm trying to restore to) work fine on there own. So i deleted the save on the MMC, and got the original out and backed it up again. If I load a different file to the cartridge, it works fine. In fact it would erase anything that was on the cartridge. When i went to restore it last night to a compatible cartridge, it would not restore.
It was backed up onto the card several months ago. The original game works fine, and its save is fine. I find that one of my files is not working properly and I'm not quite sure why. Then restore that file to the cartridge any other time as long as they were compatible.
For games that actually had save files, you could backup that save onto the card. If anyone remembers those (or even new about them.) The mega memory card for gameboy.
